Originally from California, Jason previously co-owned and operated a real estate and property management firm in the heart of Silicon Valley. His firm specialized in extensive property portfolios and off campus student housing for Santa Clara University. Jason worked with local leaders, university officials, local residents, and students to help maintain and improve community relations. His owners and tenants benefited from timely responses and clear communication. He also provided his owners with investment protection by actively running analytics to stay on top of trends and market rates to maximize the properties potential.
After selling the California firm at the end of 2020, Jason and his wife Jenny moved to the Triangle to bring their knowledge and expertise to the growing market. Within 18 months of establishing the business they have 120+ doors and counting. Jason currently also works as a full-time real estate broker with the VonRaven Group at Keller Williams Preferred Realty in Brier Creek. Jason has helped many owners locally, and in California, establish property portfolios within the Triangle through real estate acquisition and property management. Jason prides himself on working with both owners and tenants to ensure a mutually successful and pleasant experience.
